National Rosé Day 2018

Monday February 5th is National Rosé Day! This is a day that team Gather can officially get behind… we love a beautiful, crisp Rosé on a hot Summers day. To celebrate, we created some moreish cocktail canapés to enjoy alongside two delicious Rosé varieties. Can’t decide what to pour for yourself? Try this cute test from Sip NZ to see what kind of Rosé might suit you.


We sipped Q 2017 Rosé from Waitaki Valley in North Otago, and French Peak 2017 Rosé from Banks Peninsula.

Panko crumbed scallops with siracha mayo

Hot smoked salmon with beetroot hummus and pomegranate

Rare eye-fillet with caramelised onions and chilli haloumi

King prawns with Mexican rubbed spices

Parma ham with rock melon

Cherry tomato with bocconcini cheese and micro basil
