Chantelle can’t wait to share her food and wine obsession across the pages of Gather.

 

Surrounding herself in the food industry for more than 14 years, Chantelle has been a catering manager for a successful Auckland based business, prior to moving up to Mangawhai in 2016 and establishing her business, Food By Chantelle. The north has been a perfect outlet for sharing her love of food with the local community. Foraging seasonal produce and ingredients straight from the backyards of local food enthusiasts has set the stage for her lively cooking classes, catering and demonstrations.

 

Chantelle’s culinary skills, recipes, and engaging personality will sit alongside superb food photography. Her contribution to the magazine will be a feast for the eyes – where on trend meal ideas will be teamed with the perfect vino choices. Chantelle will keep it real, allowing readers to mimic the recipes with confidence. Whether easy mid-week meals, or something a little more luxurious, you’ll enjoy her vibrant style.
